I do photo manipulation as a hobby and I am wondering if I can use this picture as a "base" for a photomanip. of Donna Troy. Basically I would like to use the drawing as a reference for the pose and general shape, integrating photo and painting (and of course changing the costume to Donna Troy).
The resulting picture will be posted (with proper crediting) on DA only and not used for commercial purposes.
Of course I will understand if you object, since it is not a stock resource drawing.
